Welcome to www.thewhatif.art (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Melissa Debernardi, an independent visual artist and photographer working under the name **What If**, based in Italy (VAT no. / P.IVA: **[02544340066]**).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

## 1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. In particular, you agree not to:

The Site is a portfolio: nothing on it constitutes an offer for sale.
